This website and the services offered on it are provided by Trending Now Group LLC ("AI Keep-Up," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company located at 2070 W Road 2 North, Chino Valley, Arizona 86323.
By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Information on this site is provided for general purposes. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Services and engagements
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Work begins only when we have agreed on scope, price, and timing in writing.
- Build fees are charged up front. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
- Monthly services are month-to-month unless a longer minimum term is stated in your agreement.
- Change-request allowances included in a monthly plan are an allowance, not unlimited. Work beyond the allowance is quoted separately.
- Either party may end a monthly engagement with reasonable notice as set out in that engagement.
4. Digital products
E-books and other digital products are sold through a third-party platform (currently Gumroad) and are subject to that platform's checkout terms. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are generally final — but if something is wrong with what you received, contact us and we will make it right.
5. SMS messaging program terms
These terms apply to the AI Keep-Up customer messaging program, operated by Trending Now Group LLC.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how mobile information is handled.
We do not send text messages to people who have not asked to receive them. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone lists.
6. AI systems — what we do and don’t promise
We build and operate AI systems. Being straight about what that means matters more to us than sounding impressive:
- AI makes mistakes. Any system we build should be reviewed by a human before its output is relied on for anything consequential.
- We do not guarantee business results. We can point to what a system does and what it costs. We do not promise a number of leads, a revenue figure, or a ranking.
- Third-party dependencies change. AI systems rely on outside providers whose pricing, capabilities, and availability can change without our control. We will tell you when that affects your service.
- Disclosure. Where an AI assistant speaks with your customers on your behalf, we build it to identify itself as AI. We will not configure a system to claim to be a human being.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, and layout — belongs to Trending Now Group LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or republished without permission.
For client work: the content, data, and brand assets you supply remain yours. On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, templates, and methods, and may reuse them on other engagements.
8. Disclaimers and limits
This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
