This website, aikeepup.com, is operated by Trending Now Group LLC ("AI Keep-Up," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company, directed by Paul Simari.

Our business address is 2070 W Road 2 North, Chino Valley, Arizona 86323. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name and website, if you provide them
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• Whatever you write describing what you would like AI to handle

You are not required to provide a phone number to contact us. Email alone is sufficient.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to understand general site usage.

Purchases

If you buy an e-book or other product linked from this site, the purchase is completed on a third-party platform (currently Gumroad) under that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you asked about
• Contact you by email, phone, or text if you have asked us to
• Deliver products or services you request, and provide support for them
• Send occasional updates or materials you have asked to receive

If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to be contacted by text, we may send you messages relating to your inquiry, your project, scheduling, or support for a service you are using. We do not send text messages to people who have not asked to receive them.

• Service providers. Companies that operate parts of this website on our behalf — currently our form-delivery provider (FormSubmit), our web host, and our e-commerce platform (Gumroad). They may process your information only to provide that service to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

6. How AI tools are used

We build and operate AI systems for our clients, and we use AI tools in our own work. Two things are worth stating plainly:

• We do not use your inquiry to train public AI models. What you write to us is used to answer you and to do the work you asked about.
• When we build an AI system for a client, the data that system handles belongs to that client. We treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver and support the service.

If an AI assistant on this site or on a site we operate answers you, you are told so. We do not present an AI as a human being.
